Armando defende ampliação de recursos para apoio a microempresas
O ex-senador Armando Monteiro (PSDB) repercutiu nesta quarta-feira (12), em suas redes sociais, a aprovação pelo Senado da nova fase do Programa Nacional de Apoio às Microempresas de Pequeno Porte (Pronampe). Ele defende a ampliação do volume de recursos para que mais empreendedores sejam atendidos.

O Senado Federal aprovou ontem uma nova fase do Programa Nacional de Apoio às Microempresas de Pequeno Porte (Pronampe), tornando-o também uma política pública permanente, com vigência para além do período de pandemia.
Mas a luta em torno do Pronampe permanece, pois há a necessidade de ampliarmos o volume de recursos destinados ao programa. O Ministério da Economia autorizou a liberação de R$ 5 bilhões. Porém, para que muito mais micro e pequenos negócios sejam atendidos, está em debate a ampliação para R$ 10 bilhões.
Em 2020, apenas 468 mil empresas, ou 7% do total nacional do segmento, usaram o Pronampe. Caso seja mantido o atual valor proposto, a previsão é de que apenas 69 mil companhias tenham acesso aos novos financiamentos em 2021.
É pouco.
Como bem afirmou a relatora do projeto, senadora Katia Abreu (PP-TO), apesar de representarem 18 milhões de empregos no País, e 27% do PIB brasileiro, as micro e pequenas empresas ainda são maltratadas no Brasil.
Isto precisa mudar.
