Armando apoia prefeitos que apontam desigualdade na distribuição de vacinas
Para o ex-senador Armando Monteiro (PSDB) é preciso que se apurem as cobranças feitas por prefeitos de todas as regiões de Pernambuco sobre o que apontam como falta de tratamento igualitário por parte do Governo do Estado na distribuição de vacinas contra o coronavírus.
“Ao que tudo indica, existe sim um problema na distribuição, uma falta de critérios que possa conferir um tratamento mais justo, mais igualitário, proporcionalmente ao perfil da população de cada região”, afirma.
Armando diz que é inaceitável haver um desequilíbrio no ritmo das vacinações porque não existem pernambucanos de duas classes ou uma região mais importante que a outra. “Os pernambucanos merecem o mesmo tratamento”, defende.
O apoio de Armando aos gestores municipais ocorre em função das queixas de falta de vacinação suficiente para cumprir as etapas iniciais do Programa Nacional de Imunização (PNI), enquanto o prefeito do Recife, João Campos (PSB), anuncia a entrada de novos grupos.
“Respeito a manifestação dos prefeitos, porque vejo que muitas vozes estão se levantando no sentido de apontar essa distorção. O que se verifica é que há um grande esforço para promover o Recife, no que alguns já estão apontando como marketing da vacina. É claro que nós todos desejamos que exista um ritmo maior, mas que contemple todo o Estado de maneira justa e homogênea”, conclui Armando.
