Anderson Ferreira recebe visita dos ministros Rogério Marinho e Gilson Machado para anunciar investimentos de R$ 50 milhões no Jaboatão
O prefeito Anderson Ferreira adiantou que os valores liberados irão garantir a pavimentação e requalificação de mais de 70 vias da cidade, e a construção de muros de contenção em seis setores do município onde a Defesa Civil identificou risco de desabamento de encostas. “O MDR tem sido um grande parceiro da nossa gestão na realização de importantes obras que nos permite mudar para melhor a vida das pessoas. Esse montante de quase R$ 50 milhões vai nos ajudar a ampliar ainda mais o maior programa de pavimentação de ruas e avenidas da história do Jaboatão, e garantir proteção a mais de 400 famílias que residem em áreas de risco”, pontuou o gestor.
Participaram da comitiva os deputados federais André Ferreira, Efraim Filho, Pastor Eurico e Rafafá; do deputado estadual Alberto Feitosa; da diretora-presidente da Agência Nacional de Águas (ANA), Cristiane Dias; do diretor-presidente da Companhia Brasileira de Trens Urbanos (CBTU), José Marques; e do prefeito de Xexéu, Thiago de Miel. Ao final do encontro, o prefeito Anderson Ferreira acompanhou os ministros na inauguração da ponte Rio Pirarama, por onde passa a linha do VLT que parte do Terminal Integrado de Cajueiro Seco, no Jaboatão, com destino ao município vizinho do Cabo de Santo Agostinho.
