A Mulher no Mercado de Trabalho: conquistas do presente e ambições para o futuro
No Dia Internacional da Mulher, a Estácio e o UniFBV Wyden promovem três lives gratuitas com profissionais de TI, Empreendedoras e Esfera pública
No dia 8 de março, ocorre o evento online “A Mulher no Mercado de Trabalho: conquistas recentes, ambições futuras”. Promovido pela Estácio e o UniFBV Wyden, a iniciativa irá possibilitar ao público do Recife um encontro com mulheres que atuam em áreas historicamente não femininas como empreendedorismo, TI e esfera pública. Serão três lives às 11h, 13h e 17h, 100% gratuita, com o objetivo trazer à tona debates a respeito do papel da mulher frente às diversas áreas de atuação para as estudantes e a sociedade. Os interessados podem se inscrever em https://www.carreirasedu.com.
A primeira live acontece às 11 horas e terá como tema “Empreendendo e quebrando barreiras”. Jordana Souza, co-fundadora da VOLL – empresa de gestão de viagens – irá contar sua trajetória, os desafios que teve que enfrentar e a diferença que faz o olhar feminino no dia a dia do seu empreendimento.
Às 13 horas será hora da live “A contribuição feminina na esfera pública”. O painel terá a presença de quatro nomes que ilustram o papel feminino no ambiente público, são elas: Luana Tavares, idealizadora da Conecta e especialista em Políticas Públicas e ativista pela digitalização dos Serviços Públicos; Elaine Gontijo, chefe de gabinete no Senado Federal; Michelle Marry Marques da Silva, coordenadora-geral de Análise Jurídica de Licitação e Contratos; e Gleice Renata Martins, diretora da Academia de Polícia Penal.
Já o último tema do evento que celebra o Dia Internacional da Mulher, às 17 horas, será o “Fortalecimento das mulheres na tecnologia”. Duas executivas da YDUQS – um dos maiores grupos de educação superior do Brasil – debaterão a representatividade das mulheres no mercado de tecnologia. Vanessa Elisabeth Santa Rita e Camille Monteiro Vianna Miguel vão abordar os movimentos que vêm acontecendo e as ambições futuras para essa área que tanto cresce no Brasil.
Para Cláudia Romano, vice-presidente de Relações Governamentais, Comunicação e ESG e vice-reitora de Cultura da Estácio, é necessário potencializar vozes femininas e mudar a história de muitas mulheres, de todas as idades, que um dia pensaram em desistir dos seus sonhos e que hoje, empoderadas, estão firmes nas cadeiras universitárias em busca de qualificação profissional e melhores oportunidades. “Do total dos nossos alunos, mais da metade são mulheres. Muitas são as primeiras da família a ingressarem num curso superior. Isso significa que temos sim mulheres qualificadas, prontas e cheias de disposição para exercer qualquer função, em qualquer área. Queremos também que cada vez mais mulheres cheguem a cargos de liderança e, hoje, isso só é possível por meio da educação.” afirma.
Já para Fernanda Vio, gerente da área de carreiras da Wyden, é uma alegria organizar um evento que evidenciará a evolução da representatividade da mulher no mercado de trabalho e o seu fortalecimento nos últimos anos. “Pesquisas indicam que mulheres tem o mesmo potencial de hard e softskills que os homens, e por um retrato histórico, ainda não estão no mercado de trabalho com toda sua potência. O objetivo desse evento é fazer nossa parte e incentivar mulheres a escolherem carreiras ainda percebidas como masculinas”, aponta.
