Marco Aurélio vota contra uso de empréstimo e diz que vai fiscalizar verba para combate a coronavírus
O deputado Marco Aurélio Meu Amigo (PRTB), líder da oposição na Assembleia Legislativa de Pernambuco, foi o único parlamentar que votou contra a proposta do governo Paulo Câmara (PSB) de remanejar recursos remanescentes de empréstimo feito junto ao Banco Mundial, que deveriam ser aplicados originalmente ao Projeto Pernambuco Rural Sustentável.
Marco Aurélio argumentou que não concorda que o dinheiro da agricultura seja remanejado, tendo em vista que todos os parlamentares colocaram suas Emendas a disposição do governo para ações de combate ao COVID-19, além de recursos que já estão sendo disponibilizados pelo Governo Federal.
O parlamentar defendeu que a Alepe precisa acompanhar a utilização, pelo Estado, dos recursos encaminhados pela União. “Pernambuco já recebeu muito dinheiro para enfrentar a pandemia do novo coronavírus, mas algumas ações ainda são falhas, temos visto que o pessoal de saúde tem sido contaminado porque faltam equipamentos de proteção individual (EPIs), assim como os profissionais de segurança pública, e outros funcionários do setor público, como os garis que estão trabalhando sem proteção”, disse Marco Aurélio.
Por fim, o líder criticou a maneira que tem sendo aplicado o dinheiro, “Não me sinto a vontade de votar a favor desse projeto do empréstimo, pois estamos diante de ações questionáveis quando se trata do uso da verba destinada ao coronavírus, um exemplo são os hospitais de campanhas, quando poderia ser montado em locais prontos e que não necessita de tanto investimento, como o Centro de Convenções, o Geraldão e a Arena de Pernambuco, mas o governo faz o contrário, como se fosse o objetivo gastar mais dinheiro”.
